Market leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Business Solutions Providers announce merger.

Reading, UK. – Serversys Limited, a Reading-based business systems company today announced a merger with OpportunIT Limited, a London Docklands based CRM consultancy and software provider.

 

Both Serversys Limited, established in 1999, and OpportunIT, established in 1998 develop customer focused business solutions.

 

Mr. Steve Blunn, Director of opportunIT comments “This merger will provide clients with an exceptional level of service and support. The benefits will be felt immediately with a level of business and technical competency that will be unrivalled.”


Serversys Director, Stuart Lawrence adds, “With the addition of Steve Blunn to the Board of Directors, joining Phil Catterall and I, Serversys will have one of the strongest management structures in the CRM market place today.”


The merger will provide the infrastructure for both companies to build on their current positions as market leaders in the CRM business. It will also facilitate the growth of the existing hand-held software technology division of Serversys.

 

The merger is effective immediately. The company will trade as Serversys Limited. It will operate out of both premises, London and Reading. Employees will be retained at both businesses.

What’s New in Version 3?

  • Added Separate Application Pool for OpenReport.Net virtual folder
  • When editing an entry in the Report section, you can now upload a file to replace the existing report
  • When adding a new Report, the description is defaulted as the report name and sets the default user as the user who uploaded the report

How to upgrade

Firstly you need to request a new licence from our sales team—this is free of charge. To request your upgrade, please email us on the link below and provide the computer name for the licence: sales@serversys.com We will then provide you with a new licence and installation guide.

 

Please note that any current versions of Resource Plus will need to be uninstalled prior to downloading the upgrade

  • As well as the existing weekly and monthly views … a new daily view as been implemented
  • Planner abides by territory structures of SAGE CRM
  • New team selection - if a team is selected in the team filter box, then all the users from that team will become selected in the user box, giving easier visibility of team members
  • New Apply Time-zone option allows you to handle/view appointments for people based all over the world
